Full-Stack Software Engineer

As a Reliability Engineer at NURIX, you will ensure the platform runs smoothly, consistently, and at scale. Your focus is on system stability, performance, and resilience across all environments.
You will design and maintain infrastructure that supports real-time AI workflows and prompt execution. This includes monitoring system health, improving response times, and ensuring reliability under load.
A major part of your role is prevention. You will identify potential failures before they happen and build systems that gracefully handle edge cases and unexpected behavior.
You will work closely with backend and product teams to ensure technical decisions support long-term stability.
About the Role
Build and maintain platform features across frontend and backend systems
Develop scalable APIs and integrations
Collaborate with designers and product managers
Improve application performance and reliability
Contribute to technical planning and architecture decisions
About You
3+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks
Experience building and maintaining backend services
Strong understanding of databases and APIs
Passion for building high-quality user experiences
